Managing users

You can invite users to your dashboard to help them manage surveys and analyze feedback.

Where to invite users

Click on your name on the top right then click on 'Manage users'.

Inviting users

Now you can invite users by email and give them a role. For security reasons, invitations will be active for 3 days.

Roles and permissions

Each role has different permissions. These are listed in the table at the bottom fo the page. We keep the table there up-to-date if we add new functionality that's only accessible for a certain role. You can easily update a user's role by selecting the new role in the dropdown next to the user's email address.

Deleting users

Only super admins and admins can delete users. If you delete a user, any open invitations that this user has created will also be deleted.
