A picture is worth a thousand words

The easier it is to give feedback, the more you'll get and the more your customers will tell you.

And sometimes drawing a shape is much easier than saying 'that one button right below the blue block in the third column'.

Just click the screen capture icon after selecting a score.

If you've turned on screen capture for your survey and a customer submitted one, they'll show up for each response.

They're also included in notifications (emails and Slack), in your weekly email summary and in webhooks.
