It's pretty difficult to make a case against getting feedback from your visitors and customers. With this feedback you can instantly make your product, marketing, docs or other any content better.

But collecting feedback often means expensive software, ugly widgets shown to your customers and plowing through complex dashboards. That's why we decided to make this experience delightful again.

Let's look at each of these elements.

Focus

We do have a lot of features, but they all revolve around doing just 1 thing exceptionally well: get feedback from your customers. And we make that a great experience for both your customers (the widget) and for you (your dashboard).

We believe that the best way to get feedback is to ask your customers an honest and simple question, and make it a delightful experience for them to answer it.

These answers are then put together in a clean and simple dashboard so you can easily draw conclusions and improve.

Design

Widget style

We have seen widget colours and emoji styles that would be arrested if there an Internet Police. Also, these widgets go on your website and are shown to your customers. You've put all that effort in making things look good and read nice, it would be a shame to ruin that experience with a widget that looks like it came straight from the 90s...

And then, ahhh yes, the infamous 'Powered by' label. Great for our growth! But again, this widget is on your website shown to your customers. We rather grow slower but give your customers a better experience. Good for your business, thus good for ours, simple as that.

Lightweight

Lastly, without naming and shaming, we have seen companies include up to 1MB of libraries just to show a widget. Including Freddy on your page doesn't slow it down as it's loaded after your page is completely ready. And it's under 100kb which will download in about 0,05 seconds on 4G.

Price

This was one of the main drivers actually. We really don't understand why you should pay $35 for 100 responses per month. We give you generous amounts of responses for a low monthly price. And there's a discount on top if you go for a yearly subscription.
