We do have a lot of features, but they all revolve around doing just 1 thing exceptionally well: get feedback from your customers. And we make that a great experience for both your customers (the widget) and for you (your dashboard).
We believe that the best way to get feedback is to ask your customers an honest and simple question, and make it a delightful experience for them to answer it.
These answers are then put together in a clean and simple dashboard so you can easily draw conclusions and improve.
We have seen widget colours and emoji styles that would be arrested if there an Internet Police. Also, these widgets go on your website and are shown to your customers. Lastly, without naming and shaming, we have seen companies include up to 1MB of libraries just to show a widget. Including Freddy on your page doesn't slow it down as it's loaded after your page is completely ready. And it's under 100kb which will download in about 0,05 seconds on 4G.
