How to fill in the website field when creating or editing a survey.

What to fill in

Only fill in your domain name, without any subpages. So only example.com. With our without www is both fine.

Using the URL filters

You can then use URL filters to further define where you want the survey to show up if needed. You can include and exclude pages. Read more about the URL filters here.

If you're testing locally

You might want to test your widget on your localhost. If so, don't fill out an address like localhost:8080 in the website field, but use the local testing mode. You'll find it under Settings > Advanced. Make sure to read the documentation on local testing mode, as there are some important things to know.
